Rubber, as most elastomers cuts nicely. The laser cut parts may have charred edges that could be easily washed away. Laser cut rubber parts may be used in many hi-tech applications including medical devices. We usually laser cut sheets that are not thicker than 1/4″. We could laser cut thicker rubber, but it becomes more polluting process.
